LVIS Family Newsletter

August 3, 2022

Dear Families,

An all star year awaits you! Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! This year’s theme is “All Stars!” We are very excited about this school year and have wonderful things planned! It is sure to be a year filled with fun, adventure, learning, and excitement!

As families begin thinking about school, here are a few details I want to share with you.

Annual Registration - If you have not completed your annual registration, please be sure to get this information updated this week. You can update the documents and contact information here .

Car Riders - Arrival and Dismissal - Our arrival and dismissal procedures have not changed from last year. If you are driving your child to school in the morning, the drop off location is at Viking Hall. To access Viking Hall from 1431, you will turn on Bar K Ranch Road. Turn left in front of the lower baseball field. Please only release students in front of Viking Hall. Do not let your child out in the circle. We will not have staff on duty until 7:15. Please do not drop your child off before 7:15. Buses will drop students off in the front of the building.

After 7:40am, please take your child to the front of the building. We will not have anyone supervising in the back of the building after 7:40am.
