Welcome Back!
Dear Bobcat Families,
When should my child stay home from school?
In an effort to help protect well children from unnecessary exposure to contagious or infectious diseases, South Carolina requires that children and staff with certain illnesses and conditions stay home from school or childcare while contagious. DHEC publishes and regularly updates the School and Childcare Exclusion List. The Exclusion List explains how long ill children and staff must stay out of school or childcare and what documentation needs to be provided before the child or employee is permitted to return.
On the first day of school, your child will bring home a parent brochure that summarizes the important information from this list. Please keep it handy and refer to it as necessary. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Medication Forms
Medication forms can be found by clicking on the links below. Prescription medications are prescribed by a health care provider to a specific patient for a specific reason. Non-prescription (over-the-counter) medications can be purchased at a pharmacy; they require parental permission to be administered in the school setting. All medications must be provided by a child's parent or guardian; the school does not stock any medications for general use.

If you do not want your child to participate in the program, just check No on the form and sign it.
