This Week at Bransom

This week at Bransom, we're starting the process of getting ready for Grandparents Day. Before anyone panics and starts calling out of town family members, it's not until October 10th. You're probably asking yourself, then why are you planning a month ahead of the date. I'll be honest, I thought the same thing last year, of course, that was before I had experienced Grandparents Day at Bransom. If you haven't been here to see it first hand, it's quite the scene and I encourage you to invite the grandparents in your family to come have lunch with our Bobcats. Having said that, we found that having grandparents come to the campus a few days early to have their drivers' licenses scanned, worked well in alleviating the long lines in the office. As we get closer, we'll send out a message and start that process.

I do have a couple of house keeping items. If there is an unplanned change to your pick up process, please call the office by 2:45 so we can have enough time to get the message to your student's teacher. As you can imagine, the office gets really busy at the end of the day and we want to make sure that we're able to accommodate everyone and make sure that we're getting students where they need to be.

The other item is regarding school spirit shirts for sale. The last day to purchase shirts is this Friday. If you're interested in purchasing one, please send your order in this week to your child's teacher.

I hope everyone has a great week and if there is anything that I can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask.

Sincerely,

Rob
