WHAT'S NEW IN LEASESTAR?

New Look!

We are happy to announce that we are updating all LeaseStar platforms to match in one consistent theme in attempt to improve the user experience for you and your teams. You will begin to see changes to our user interfaces over the next few weeks, such as color changes, new buttons, etc. We are very excited about the new look, and we hope that you like it too! Please look for more information on this change in the coming week.

LeaseStar Social Surveys

We are excited to announce that Post Tour Touchpoint Surveys are returning to LeaseStar Social! This means that you can now send reoccurring surveys based on post tour events received from Onesite or Yardi. To enable this survey:


  • Log into LeaseStar Social and select “Surveys” from the Navigation Bar.
  • Select “Configure” from the Side Bar.
  • Select “Post Tour” survey from the Survey Template list and follow the prompts to confirm the survey and email templates, communities to receive the survey and the delivery timing.
  • Once the Survey has been configured, you can send a test survey and confirm. You are now all set!


If you already have existing and enabled Post Tour Surveys, there is nothing for you to do. These surveys will automatically go live after the release based on the delivery timing configured in survey settings.

There were a total of 3 support tickets submitted for the month.


  • Websites accounted for 67% of those cases
  • Classifieds accounted for 33%


These cases were submitted evenly through Portal, Direct Call and Email.
