When Martin Luther was protesting against the catholic church, More was devoted. Therefore More assisted King Henry VII into writing strident defense to protect the Catholic church. That was so powerful it earned the title "Defender Of Faith" from the pope.

1478: SIr Thomas More was born.
1516: Wrote in Latin, he wrote utopia.
1518: Entered service of King Henry VII.
1529-1532: He served as a lord chancellor, the highest officialism in England.
1529: More came lord
1534: He was imprison for not swearing to the Oath Of Supremacy.
1535: More was beheaded.
