CMS Pride
Perseverance - I know this test was a challenge for many of our students, yet they all went after it with determination and grit.
Effort - Multiple teachers reported to me how impressed they were with their students hard work and effort during the long testing sessions.
Resilience - even after a long hard morning of testing, our students went on to more authentic learning in the rest of their classes. there are definitely "no days off' here at CMS.
Again, I could not be more proud of our students and their hard work this week and I know they will continue to put forward their best effort as we complete the testing in math and science and get on with the business of learning!
Have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend and May the 4th be with you!

Growth Mindset
Parking Lot Safety
- Please make sure to drive slowly and carefully
- Please do not pick up students in the middle of the intersection, pull forward as far as possible into the pick up lane before allowing your child to enter the vehicle.
- If waiting please park in a parking spot in the lot
- Please remind your children (as we do) to use the cross walks - either the one in the front or the one in the middle of the lane.
- Follow the directives of the staff located in the area.
While getting stuck behind buses can be frustrating, it is important to keep the safety of our students in mind.
