Principal's Message
We are starting to plan for our Diversity Week scheduled for the week of October 21st. We are looking for some presenters and activities to support this week's theme. If you know of some community members or families that would like to present, please give Vicki Wilcox and/or Trysha Lunn a call at OTES (827-1544, ext 127 or 226
Riverfest: We are still looking for volunteers to help with our Riverfest Booth. If you can't work the booth, there are plenty of other ways to help support the event. Friday, September 27th: Walk to School Day. We meet at 7:15 am at Perkins Street Park and walk to the school using the bike path. We love to have families join us and start their day with a brisk walk to school and good conversation. Our next Walk to School day is scheduled for October 4th
K-Kids:
First K-Kids meeting October 4th. Students in grades 3-5 will be allowed to enter the building at 7:15 am and head to the cafeteria stage for their morning meeting.
School Picture Day: We have scheduled school picture day for October 8th. If you are absent on this day, we always have a picture retake day (November 14th). If you would prefer to go online to order pictures instead of sending money into school, please visit mylifetouch.com, enter the picture day ID (LG109082Q0) and order the package you prefer.
