Open House
On Thursday, students must wear their dress uniform to school. St. George's will be hosting an open house for all prospective families.
Spring Chorus
A letter went home regarding spring chorus. As of now we only have a few students signed up for chorus. If you would like your child to participate please fill out and return the bottom of the letter to your child's homeroom teacher.
4th Grade Play
We have told the students about our play/musical! We are excited to begin tryouts this week! We will be sending out more information as the weeks go on, please check the newsletter and your child's Tuesday folder for more updates.
Social Studies
In the coming weeks we will begin exploring the causes, events, and results of the American Revolution. We will learn about the painting above (The Boston Massacre) and what really happened on Paul Revere's midnight run! We will even see Mrs. Sontag's pictures from her Boston trip this summer where she walked the Freedom Trail. This is an exciting unit and the children are eager to begin.
Have a great week!
