GO COYOTES !!!!!

The 2019-2020 Boys Basketball Team is off to a great start. Taking 3rd place at the Bullhead City Holiday Classic tournament was a fantastic experience. Games were played in a large field house where 3 games could go on at once on College Basketball Courts. This year's team is lead by 9 seniors, Kett Andersen, Andy Gabriel Anton, Isaac Arrollado, Wyatt Bates, Tre Buck, Wyatt Larson, Hasaun Mraz, Heriberto Ramirez and Austin Shiflet and some other returning players with varsity experience, Isaac Lujan, Tanner Price and Levi Tuckfield. Going to Globe over Christmas break for 39th Annual Copper Cities Basketball Tournament was keeping a long standing Combs Basketball tradition. This is the 8th time that Combs boys basketball has played in this tournament. The boys went 4-0 in the tournament beating Miami 63-60 for the title. Two Combs players, Senior Isaac Arrollado and Junior Isaac Lujan, were named to the All-Tournament team. This was the 2nd such recognition for Isaac Arrollado as he was named to the All-Tournament team in Bullhead City as well. Currently the Coyotes have a record of 11-5 and are ranked in the top 24 in the state 4A rankings.
