Moving for Moolah Breakdown

Thousands of thanks for all those who helped take part in our annual fundraiser, Moving for Moolah. This year we had 81/545 students collect money raising just over $6,100!!! Luke Aldrich collected the most money for the school raising over $700! Prize packages were broken down in five different levels: Prize A - $10, Prize B - $25, Price C - $50, Price D- $100 & Prize E - $150. We had 11 students reach prize A, 10 students each prize B, 34 students reach prize C, 9 students reach prize D and 17 students reach prize E. With this money are able to purchase new equipment for our PE/Fitness center, the program Be Nice, and technology. We appreciate your generosity! Next year, we hope to increase the participation percentage to secure even more funds for our school. If you are interested in helping with next year's event, please feel free to contact Mrs. Secord at tsecord@otsegops.orr.

OMS Will Host Parent-Teacher Conferences Next Week

We are excited to meet you and share information about your child's academic growth! Teachers will be available in the gym from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct.18th and Thursday, Oct. 20th. Conferences are typically 5 minutes in length per teacher and you may pick and choose which teachers you would like to meet with at that time. Should a conversation require more than 5 minutes, we recommend that you set up a separate appointment with that teacher at a later time. We do share faculty between buildings and some staff will only be with us on certain nights. If the teacher you need to meet with is unavailable, please write your name and number down at their table and they would be happy to return a phone call to you.

Our PTO is organizing a dinner for teachers during conferences. If you are interested in contributing, please click on the link to sign up.
