Words from our 6th Grade Ambassadors
"All of my teachers have taught me how to be a real Soaring Eagle that follows the Doyle 5 each and every day. Being a Doyle Ambassador has a lot to do with the Doyle 5. The Doyle 5 is well known throughout the years of being in Doyle Elementary School. Respect, Responsibility, Cooperation, Citizenship, and Academic Excellence, have been carried from students that started Kindergarten to 6th grade.
I know and I love Doyle events:
First, I love an event we have every year in memory of Liana Hansen. This event is called Liana's Legacy. Liana's Legacy is a fun filled event that happens every school year. At this fundraiser, you can enjoy playing games, eating food, and watching talented performances.
Doyle Day is a day to honor our out of this world teachers and other heroes. We had fire fighters, aids, nurses come to our school (and) other programs like Alex's Lemonade Stand and the Pearl S. Buck Foundation. That is why I find that event so inspirational to do the right thing in life. "
During this year's Scouting for Food drive, the boys from Doyle's Cub Pack 24 collected and donated 584 pounds of food to the Bucks County Housing Group.
Justin Catricks, Jonas Primiano, Andrew Periard, Kieran Thompson, Ryan Flaherty, Brayden Smith, Emil Altaras, Christian Lerner, Evan Collins, Kevin Cavaluzzo, Hayden Morocco, Kyle Flaherty, Jason Hess, Nicholas Sophy, Brecken Schmidt, Dean Nguyen, Brayden Connelly, Connor Morocco, William Tiech, Mack Buckner, Tristan Hartwick, Kieran Campbell, Nick Zentmayer, Kyle Adriaansen, Nick Ban, Luke Gormley, Jack Flaherty, Nathan Kling.
Katie Vessichelli, Grade 2, participated in a holiday performance with her dance company - The Buckingham Dance Company - for the residents of Buckingham Valley Nursing Home. The girls decorated tissue boxes and placed them in the residents rooms. In addition, the company also collected gifts that were donated to Tabor Children's Services.
