Directors' Newsletter

January 20, 2016

Welcome!

Welcome to our brand new Director's Newsletter!

Just in case you thought my emails were a little boring, I thought it might be nice to spice it up a little. All ya need is a boring Commander, and I certainly don't wanna be one! :)

I hope everyone will get excited each week in club!! What an opportunity you have to share the Gospel with your clubbers! Colossians 3:17 tells us, "...And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus"!

This Week in Awana

Our fundraiser for Mikinzi Casto will continue. Please encourage your clubbers to ask their parents for donations to help this needy family, and use this as a teaching opportunity on how God loves it when we give to Him!

Please pray about what God would have You to give, and please encourage your leaders as well to pray about making a freewill donation towards this fundraiser. You can give your personal donations to Lisa Jordan or myself, and we will include it in the final count, but not in the Penny March competition.

Kinzi and her family are planning to visit our club meeting one night in February, TBA!! We will present her with our Fundraiser donations that night! Please continue to pray for the Lord to completely heal this brave gal! Her testimony and faith in God is an inspiration!

This week we will be having our annual Snowball Fight Night! We might have the real deal outside, but we'll keep it indoors where it's warm and dry!

Looking forward to the battles in Game Time! There will be a surprise this year, so get ready!

Should we have to cancel Awana this week due to weather, we will move the Snowball Fight Night to the 27th.

Thank You!

I appreciate the hard work all of you do for this great ministry! I just can't say it enough!
God bless you all!

Commander Mark
