Seniors - Final Transcript Requests
Final transcripts will be updated no later than 1 week following graduation. If you have a question regarding final transcripts, please email Ms. Hatfield at hatfiedn@chipfalls.org.
Scholarship Award Notifications Needed
Scholarship Award Notifications: Deadline to submit is Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at Noon.
All scholarships must be submitted via the Scholarship Award Form (for each scholarship) AND attach a link to the letter in the form, or submit a copy of the award letter to scholarships@chipfalls.org. Please include the “Scholarship Name” and the words “Award Letter” for each scholarship.
Important Note: In the event a student decides to decline a scholarship, please notify Student Services by emailing scholarships@chipfalls.org. This commonly occurs when a student is awarded a scholarship at one college or university, but then chooses to attend a different institution.

Summer School
If your child failed a required class, they may be eligible for summer school. Chippewa Falls Senior High School will be offering one session of summer school from Monday, June 8 – Wednesday, July 1. Classes will be held via the online platform Edgenuity.
Class offerings are limited and include English (9A/9B, 10A/10B, Contemporary Literature, & Creative Writing), Social Studies (World History A/B, US History 214/216, & Geography), Biology, and Math (Algebra and Geometry).
Summer school is credit remediation, so only students that have failed a required class or juniors that are credit deficient are eligible to attend.
If you suspect that your child is eligible, please have them contact their school counselor.

ACT - Important Information Regarding June and July Test Dates
**NEW** Chi-Hi WILL be a test center location for the July 18 test date. The deadline to register with no late fees is June 19. To register, go to ACT.org.
Testing Update - Civics/AP
Students in American Government are still required to take the Civics Exam as part of the coursework as it is a graduation requirement for all students in Wisconsin. Students with extreme extenuating circumstances prohibiting them from taking the Civics Exam should speak with their American Government teacher or guidance counselor as soon as possible.
AP Testing will still be taking place in May. However, students will be testing online via the College Board's online testing system. Students in AP courses should look for more information from Mr. Heidtke sent via email.

Minnesota State Week Is Now Virtual!
The colleges and universities of Minnesota State are coming together for one week in June to offer special virtual information sessions so students can learn more about their academic options, financial aid, transferring from a two-year college to a four-year university, and more. Students can even apply for FREE anytime during the week.
