PC January/February Newsletter
❄️CNUSD'S STAFF WINTER NEWSLETTER🎿
OUR PARENT CENTER JAN. / FEB. 2024 EDITION!
🍾🎉Happy New Year! We hope this newsletter finds you easing back into the school routine and ensuring you are beginning your year with balance, productivity, and joy. There were some obvious themes we could choose for this month's newsletter but we decided to go with Compassion and Hope. A New Year can be a time to revamp your routines, begin something new or leave something behind...all of which take a little bit of patience, grace and mindfulness. Here's hoping these next couple of months are the beginning of a blessed New Year complete with Health. Happiness, Compassion and Hope!🎉❄️

Parent Workshops & Classes / Tier I and II
There is no question, that administrators, educators, and support providers across all of our CNUSD campuses work hard to build strong home-school connections with their student's families.
But sometimes, our families could use a little 'extra' support in navigating how to raise confident, secure, and successful children who can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically by receiving additional support at school, but most importantly, at home.
WELLNESS MATTERS! SAVE THE DATE!

What is Seasonal Affective Disorder or S.A.D.?
Many people feel "down" or have the "winter blues" when the days get shorter in the later fall and winter.
