'Twas the week before Christmas Break - Dress Down Days
Wednesday, December 20th – Grinchy Grinch Dress Down for $1
Dress out of uniform in your favorite Christmas look! Festive Christmas sweaters, shirts OR your favorite green Grinch inspired outfit!
This $1 dress down day will benefit families with children at Oishei Children’s Hospital. Liam Lynch, the cousin of two DeSales students, Claire & Mari Darnell, is rallying to help families at Oishei this Christmas. While battling cancer himself, Liam recognized a way he could help the families of his fellow oncology patients. He and his family have set out to raise money to help buy parking passes for families who have children undergoing oncology treatment at Oishei. Liam’s family spent over 100 days in the hospital this year, if not for the parking pass, they would have easily spent over $900. The Lynch family hopes to lift this simple burden and help families visit their children without worry. We are proud to rally around Liam and all the children at Oishei.

A Note from Mrs. Davis
Music Education in Action!!
A Note from Mrs. Davis, "Finding Nemo" Music Director & Music Teacher
The pictures are from one of our recent vocal rehearsals for "Finding Nemo". All students at DeSales receive a well-rounded music education, including music theory, artistry, technic, rhythm, instruments, history, praise & worship and more. From Pre-School to 8th Grade all students come to our beautiful, historic Music room to learn how to read music, and how to experience God's wonderful gift. Our annual school musical is an excellent way for students to apply what they've been learning, by reading the music to learn the songs for the show. Our musical is truly 'music education in action! Thank you, parents and friends, for your support. Our rehearsals are going great. It's sure to be a wonderful show. Cast members, keep up the good work!!!
