My Story
My client John, was convicted of capital murder. The client was brought to the court of Original Jurisdiction, the District Court. The US Supreme Court Judges, who served for Life Terms, gave the Legal Opinion. After the life sentence of the district court, we had to appeal this decision in a court with Appellate Jurisdiction, the Court of Appeals. The judges used a precedent to decipher the situation. They decided that the circuit would span over a large geographic area. When this happened, they decided to remand the case, and to send it back to the lower court.
