Clay's Got Synergy
New Student Information System - Synergy Replaces Focus
As of the evening of June 15th, 2021, Clay County District Schools’ access to Focus has ended.
Starting in the 2021 - 2022 school year, Clay County District Schools is moving to a new fully integrated Student Information System (SIS), Synergy by Edupoint. CCDS will be launching the Synergy platform on July 1, 2021. Synergy is an online platform that encompasses student information, learning management, assessment, MTSS, and exceptional student education in one system to empower our school community to promote student achievement. This system will be utilized by all stakeholders (staff, students, parents) and will fund our District through State Reporting. Keep an eye out on social media and your email inbox for more information regarding Synergy coming soon!

ParentVUE will replace the Focus Parent Portal. Parents will be emailed a registration code with instructions on how to download the ParentVUE app and get linked to their students in early July.
