We provide personal training in our private studio in Richmond Hill as well as off site. One-on-one, semi-private or small group training is available, as well as team training.

Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just stay active, we will give you the MOTIVATION and GUIDANCE that you will need to achieve your goal!

There are no membership fees and no contracts, just professional training.

Over 20 years ago I started Dynamic Body Works, I have made it my life's work to help each of my clients reach optimal health and fitness. My goal is to teach my clients how to build a body that will serve them rather than enslave them.

Over the years I have worked with people from all walks of life and all levels of health and fitness. I have coached young athletes working toward professional sports, seniors wanting to maintain their vitality and people with disabilities who wish to increase mobility and function. Each person's needs and abilities are unique and I always look forward to discovering and bringing out the talents within each client.
