Throughout the week beginning on March 5th, students had discussions about what work they were still missing, and they also progressed through or watched the final rounds of the debate project. Note: students' presentation grades were determined using the presentation rubric. They were not based on whether or not students won their debates, or on whether or not they moved on to the subsequent rounds. There were many excellent teams! Once debates have ended, and students have had the chance to debrief, students will begin a unit on poetry.

This week we will continue working on solving equations. If your student is in group 4 they will be having a test on Thursday. All other groups will have one when we get back from Spring Break. If you are looking for study material, anything from Envisions topic 5 would be a good place to start.
