1. As soon as you wake up ~ Take 1 Capsule with water...I keep mine right on my nightstand
2. 20-40 mins later take your Premium Lifestyle Mix. Mix it in 6-8 oz of water or milk and 1/2 packet or 2TBS Lifestyle Mix. I mix it as soon as I take my capsule so it has the 20 mins to blend!
