Information on Lipids
The three elements of a lipid is carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. The sub units of a lipid are fatty acids and glycerol. Some everyday examples of lipids are things like red meat, cooking oils, and lards like Crisco. The fiction of lipids is they are a long term energy storage and also they make cell membranes witch provides insulation for your body.
