2) Lacto Ovo- A person who doesn't eat animal flesh but eats dairy products and eggs

3) Ovo- A person that consumes animal flesh and eggs but no dairy products

4) Vegetarian- A person that doesn't eat meat

Water- They drink water

Proteins- Beans and Legumes

Minerals- Dark greens or green leafy veggies

Vitamins- Citrus fruit or Whole grain bread

Carbohydrates- Bananas, apples, orange juice

Fats- Soybean, corn
