Book Fair Information
6 more days until the opening of the book fair in the Library!
Book fairs give the opportunity to instill a love of reading that lasts a lifetime.
Book fairs give children a motivation to read by offering them a wide selection of books to choose from that they can look at before they decide to buy.
The book fair also gives parents and kids an opportunity to pick out and read books together. This increases the likelihood that they will want to continue reading.
Information and a flyer will be going home with students early next week!
Parents can attend the book fair on Monday, November 8th from 6:00-6:45 pm right before that evening’s PTA meeting. Parents will also have the opportunity to attend during Parent/Teacher conference time: Thursday November 11th from 2:30-8pm. This is our final day and the only time that parents and students can visit the fair together.
PTA Updates
Trunk or Treat Wrap up:
Thank you to everyone who made our first Trunk or Treat event a success!
We appreciate everyone who came out to the event despite the weather! We hope you had a great time celebrating the season and creating memories (even if they are soggy memories) with your kids.
Please send pictures from the Trunk or Treat to wolfscrossingyearbook@gmail.com so we can memorialize the craziness of this year's Trunk or Treat in our yearbook.
Yearbook Cover Submissions Reminder:
Remember Yearbook Cover submissions are due Nov 3rd.
All students are encouraged to submit artwork for our yearbook cover- one student's artwork will be used as the front cover, 4 runner up covers will be used on the back cover and ALL art submitted will be included in the yearbook with the name of the student who created it.
