Meet the Culinary Arts Instructors! L-R, Chef Snyder, Mrs. Stefanini, Chef Millard & Chef Lacasse (missing Ms. Collins). Together these instructors have over 130 years of culinary, baking, and front of the house experience.

The Culinary Arts Department is busy 4 days weekly preparing and serving fine food to our customers in the East Side Room Restaurant.
