  2. Enter password: "Prepay"
  3. Enter your email address and click submit.

**Note all orders must be received by April 14, midnight** No late orders can be accepted. ORDER TODAY!


Please note: You may order multiple yearbooks in the same transaction if your children attend the same school. Simply change the quantity of yearbooks to the amount you want to order and write both students names in the checkout form. Please DO NOT order multiple books in the same transaction if your students attend different schools.


Also, please ignore any instructions to print a receipt as nothing needs to be turned in.

Upcoming School Year - Classroom Teacher Requests

Looking forward to the next school year, teachers are already thinking about all students individually and as a grade so that they can be placed next year in the class that they will be the most successful in. A lot of time and thoughtful effort goes into creating class lists. We will not be taking parent requests for next year, however, please know that we take the time to carefully place each student so that they can continue growing in all areas.

Spring Music Concerts Return!

Spring Music Concerts Return!

Tuesday, May 24, Woodfield Elementary will host a Spring concert for our students.


Grade levels: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade will be at 10:00 a.m.

Grade levels: 4th, 5th and 5th grade band will be at 1:30 p.m.


At this time, parents and grandparents will be able to attend in-person. The concerts will also be live-streamed via Facebook for anyone not able to attend in-person.

e~Funds

You have the option of paying for the 2021-2022 school year registration fee online thru e-funds or you can pay it in person in our school office at any time. If you have not used e-funds before you will need the family ID or student ID to set your account up. If you do not have this information please email Alicia Burton burtona@waterford.k12.wi.us. You can also purchase headphones via e~funds.
