Rights and responsibilities is a key area of internet safety, without it you leave yourself upon to many different online attacks from fraud, to online bullying. The three main areas of rights and responsibilities are AUP, Use online material ethically, Report cyberbullies and threats.
PIN numbers
A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a numeric password shared between a user and a system, that can be used to authenticate the user to the system.
Biometric scanners
Biometrics are automated methods of recognizing a person based on a physiological or behavioral characteristic. Among the features measured are face, fingerprints, hand geometry, handwriting, iris, retinal, vein, and voice. Biometric data are separate and distinct from personal information.
Encryption
Encryption is the conversion of electronic data into another form, called chiphertext, which cannot be easily understood by anyone except authorized parties.

You should avoid interacting with strangers and make sure your account is not public. Also avoid writing mean or hurtful comments. There's no worse form of bullying than cyberbullying so make sure you’re not involved in anything like that.

You can use social networks safely and responsibly by adjusting your settings and private/public information you give. Never accept friend/follower requests from people you don’t know well and always have your account set on private. Also be careful what you post because as most people know, once you’ve posted something online it’s always there and can be shared to other strangers without you knowing.
