Rabbi Arik Ascherman will discuss the the current situation and the religious dimensions of achieving peace, security, human rights and mutual respect between Israelis and Palestinians. He will describe his vision of what a Jewish and democratic state entails and how this should translate into mutually accepted policies of control and governance over land and people, freedom, and human rights on both sides of the Green Line.
