Registration Information
REMINDER: The following was sent by the District 308 registration center on March 28th:
Hello District 308 Families,
The district’s Student Information System is undergoing some changes for the upcoming 2019/20 school year. Due to this change, there are a few things we are requesting from parents/guardians to help prepare for next year’s registration.
For students who will not continue in our district next year, we ask that you contact your student's school in order to complete the withdrawal process as soon as possible.
As we begin to upload data in the system in preparation for registration, it is very important that the information is accurate. Please be sure that any phone number, email, or address changes for students, guardians and emergency contacts have been communicated to your child’s school. The accuracy of this information is necessary for the enrollment process, as well as school and district communications, which include emergency notifications.
There will be more information sent to parents in regards to continued enrollment in the district, as well as information on any necessary residency verification. At this time the most important step is verifying that all address, phone, email, and emergency contact information is accurate.
Friendly reminders for Arrival & Dismissal
* Always pull all the way forward to the far fire hydrant.
* For safety, students must enter and exit on the passenger side only.
* Drivers are to remain in the car at all times.
* Encourage your student to be respectful in line and watch for your car at dismissal.
* Display your student's name card in your car.
* Cell phone use in school zones is against the law.
Gym Shoe Reminder
We realize it is a little tricky this year to remember what days P.E. are because of the A,B,C,D,E schedule. Therefore, it is recommended that a pair of gym shoes are left at school so your child is always prepared. Please be sure the shoes have laces or Velcro.
Thank you,
P.E. Department
