Self-Defense Classes

Strong Hearts Personal Training is hosting Self-Defense classes!!
Strong Hearts Personal Training is hosting a self-defense class that will be led by Stacey Miller from Premier Combat Center in Omaha, NE. She's trained in muy thai and is currently working on her MMA career.
The first class will start at 1pm and it will be an hour long defense class that will teach basic maneuvers and tips on how to properly defend yourself. We will take a break from 2pm to 3pm. There will be refreshments provided in the hour break.
The second class will start at 3pm and will be for more in-depth maneuvers that will feature choke holds and floor moves. If you're not comfortable participating in the actual moves, you can still attend and watch.
This is a great opportunity to get more information about self-defense. Be AWARE. Be PREPARED.
Each class will be $10. The proceeds will go to Stacey's time and to a safe house for abused women.
