Let's practice Meditation! Relax your body and mind together...
As of the month of August 2013 we will have meditation classes at our studio again. Please join us every 2nd Thursday of the month from 09h30 am to 10h30 am. All you have to bring is a comfortable cushion to sit on and a small donation. Our first meditation class will be on Thursday the 8th of August 2013. Scio Biofeedback Therapy

Meditation
Middle way meditation is open to all. Everyone, regardless of religion or socio-economic background can benefit as regular practice leads to a calmer and more tolerant person. This inner peace and happiness will radiate to others you encounter in your life and eventually contribute to world peace. Middle way meditation is based on cleansing the mind of all thoughts, concerns and worries and to center the mind two fingers width above the naval. This point medical scientist call the center of gravity as the energy from there keeps the entire body grounded and in balance.
