COVID-19 Vaccinations for All

Announcement has been made by the Dean of Health Academic Programs that all students participating in the Kapi'olani Community College Health Science, EMS or Nursing programs must be fully vaccinated. See the Kapi'olani website for more COVID Updates.

Nursing Program Accreditation: October 5 - 7, 2021

The Accreditation Commission on Education in Nursing (ACEN) will be visiting the Nursing Department at Kapi‘olani Community College on October 5-7, 2021 to complete a (re)accreditation evaluation of the Associate in Science Degree in Nursing (ADN) Program with the hope that the Kapi‘olani CC ADN Program will be reaccredited for another eight years through 2029.

Kapi'olani CC EMT Program on KAUAI for Fall 2022

The Emergency Medical Technician program will be offering a cohort on the island of Kauai starting in August 2022. In preparation for the program join us for an EMT Information Session, register for Spring 2022, start working on all required certifications and documentation and apply!

April 1 - June 1, 2022 is the application period. Don't wait too long to learn more about your future, start planning now. For inquiries join our Health Science and EMS counselors for a virtual walk-in advising appointment, Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-11:30am & 1:00-3:00pm.

Student Support for Health Career Students

Emergency Aid Funds: APPLY NOW!!!

Through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) grant, Kapi'olani Community College is looking to help our students by providing financial support during this unprecedent time.

Please apply for this aid. It was meant for all students that have been affected by the corona virus, and let's face it, who hasn't been affected.

Please go to the Emergency Aid website and complete the application. There is no listed deadline so apply for Fall 2021 now!
