Social Media
Please keep a close eye on these platforms to ensure the posts are appropriate and do not include harmful messages towards others or themselves. Although students are posting on their own time, the school may have a responsibility to look into certain social media posts. When the post impacts a child's school day, it is part of our responsibility to review and investigate the posts. Some of the social media posts can and have been classified under the Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying law when they are affecting a child at school. There are situations that are brought to our attention that are not the school's responsibility and should be dealt with between parents.
