We want your child (and our new dance Moms & Dads) to be as prepared as possible for the new 2020-2021 dance season !! Even though some things are still a little bit different with the Covid-19 Safety Guidelines and protocols in place, we want this to be a safe, fun and exciting learning environment for everyone !!
Did You Know?!
Did you know that Genia Johnson Dance Company gives out awards and recognizes special dancers at the end of each dance season?! Why, Yes We Do! Each year GJDC recognizes those students with Perfect Attendance in all dance classes. These students take anywhere from 1-8 dance classes a WEEK! Attendance is taken daily in each class and there can be 0 misses!! We also give a special award for our GJDC 5 Year Stars! These students have taken dance at GJDC for 5 Years (see photos below) !! This past season, we had 14 amazing 5 Year Stars! We also have an extra special gift for our 10 Year (4 this past season) and 15 Year (we've had a handful !!) Stars, as well! What an amazing accomplishment for these hard working students!!
