Once you complete all back-to-school forms and verify receipt of the documents listed in your Parent Portal Account, your child's homeroom teacher assignment will then be available to view. All students in grades 1-8 have/will be provided with a District-issued iPad (grades 1-2) or Chromebook (grades 3-8). Although we ordered devices for kindergarten, due to the disruption in the supply chain, our vendor has informed us that we will not receive these devices for several more weeks. Please complete this form to indicate your ability and willingness to return your District-issued device if your child has a personal device that can be used at home.
