Missouri Day of Percussion

Saturday, April 25

Come see what this is all about!

Just a quickie reminder about the Missouri Day of Percussion. I am asking students to wear Parkway South gear and comfortable pants (but not sweat pants or athletic shorts) with tennis shoes.

Students who play on Sizzle will need to be sure their equipment gets loaded into a van on Friday night and those who are "Stickits" on Comic Relief will need to be sure they have a pair of drumsticks.

We will meet at South High at 7:00 am to leave for Columbia. It would be awesome to have several adults willing to drive and support the students. There is an optional clinic at 6:00 pm. If you choose to stay to hear Gregg Bissonette, then you should be home around 10:00 pm. If not, you should be home around 8:00 pm.

Special Surprise Guest!

Gregg Bissonette will be appearing in an optional 6:00 clinic after the concert. This is optional because it is beyond the original parameters of the day. Even if you are not a drum set person, Gregg's clinic will be amazing. I saw him at PASIC this year and loved every minute of it.
