First things first... I'm not selling anything :)

I have decided to commit to my second Whole 30 Challenge starting January 4, 2016 (after the holidays) and wanted to invite anyone who was interested in joining me. The first Whole 30 Challenge that I completed was in September of this year so I have some experience with how it will work and what to expect. It definitely wasn't always easy but it's a rewarding experience.

There are so many great things to this program and I would love to share what I learned and start a group to support anyone who is interested in a change, to feel better, or to reset themselves from unhealthy eating habits.
