Message from Dr. Otway
We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your active participation in Curriculum Night. Your presence and engagement in the rotation activities revolving around our advanced and accelerated curriculum, student trackers, and the house system made the evening truly special. Seeing the joy with the carnival prizes and raffles was fun to see too!
Your insights and feedback on "Three Areas of Parent Input" topics were invaluable, helping us shape our strategies for the future. We appreciate your input on how to utilize our 1% parent engagement budget, the Parent Compact, and the Parent Family Engagement Plan. We also had a huge increase in our parents registered for Class Dojo and Infinite Campus.
If you haven't had a chance to weigh in or have more to share, it's not too late! We've prepared a comprehensive update in a PowerPoint presentation, including a link here and below for you to provide additional input. Your continued involvement is vital to our success.
Once again, thank you for being a crucial part of our educational community. Together, we can make a positive impact on our students' learning journey. We want 100% of our students completing their independent pathway and we know together all students will have their academic needs met at College Park Elementary.
Warm regards,
Dr. Maisha N. Otway

Our first family event of the year Curriculum night was a success. Families learned about student's I MADE IT trackers, & learned more about student's curriculum. Thank you to all of our faculty, staff and most importantly our parents for making this year's curriculum night a fun, collaborative success for our scholars.
