Pairwise Comparison Method
Always a winner
How It works
This method compares entities to see which one has a grater amount of quantitative votes.
Example:
Number of Votes/Rankings
6 b>a>c
5 c>a>b
4 a>c>b
The way this method works is that you make every possible matchup possible and award one point to winner of the matchup. If a and b were to go up against each other it would go like this.
a b
6
5
4
-------------
9 6
6 voters choose b over a in the first vote, but 5 and 4 voters said a was better than b so a would be awarded one point. Once you do al possible matchups the Result would look like this.
a:II
b:
c:I
a would be the overall winner
