What is the 2nd Amendement?
The second amendment states: " A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms , shall not be infringed.
What is the 2nd Amendment in shorten terms?
The Second Amendment states:
That the government cant stop people from owning weapons. Citizens can serve as soldiers or militia to serve or protect their country or themselves.
Description of the amendment.
In June 1776, a month after signing the DOI, Virginia was the first colony to adopt a state constitution. In the document, the state of Virginia they announced the second amendement.
