Information about Mother Teresa
Mother Teresa was born in Skopje, Macedonia August 6th, 1910. When she was 18 she moved to India and became a nun. She worked in an organization called Sisters of Charity. Sisters of Charity was a organization that helped people that were sick, dying, or starving. Mother Teresa dedicated her life to helping others. Mother Teresa was know world wide. She helped other people for 40 years. She also worked preventing poverty. A few days before she died she won the Noble Peace Prize. Mother Teresa died on September 6th, 1997.
