First accusers. What made them start accusing. Explanations for behaviors.
The first accusers was eleven-year old Abigail Williams and nine-year-old Elizabeth Parris. They started accusing people of witch craft because of people having violent fits and not acting right which made them think they were using witchcraft
Who did they accuse?
They accused everyone male and female child and elderly. Anyone who was acting weird.

This took place in Salem Massachusetts
Evidence of witch craft.
They used ten test to see if they were a witch or not one witch cake, Spectral Evidence, eyewitnesses Testimonials, witch’s teat, Artifacts, lord’s prayer test, touch test, forced confession by dunking, pressing, bound submersion.
When did it take place.?
It took place between 1692 and 1693.
How were people executed?
People were executed by hanging burning and pressing.
The importance of the Lord’s Prayer
The Lord's Prayer was important because people were made to recite the Lord's Prayer without errors like stumbling, stammering. If a person would slip up under God's eyes mistakes are unacceptable.
Why might the economy of Massachusetts have caused the hysteria?
The hysteria was caused because of the months of June to September of 1692, the witch trials in Salem, Massachusetts resulted in the deaths of twenty men and women because the witchcraft charges. Hundreds of other people faced accusations and dozens of other people were in jail for months during the progress of the trials.
