Message from PTC 1st Vice President Mrs. Ojeda
Dear Mount Sacred Heart Community,
Thank you for your continued support to PTC and the MSH community. Whether it’s through social media, virtual meetings, or in-person events, we appreciate all that you do.
We have many events that your PTC board is creatively working together to ensure we continue our traditions. As you may have guessed, some events will look a little different this year. We are excited for our 1st "Save the Date"! Get ready for some friendly bidding fun on September 12, 2020. PTC will host a MSH Fall Auction. This event is a continuation of our 2020 Casino Night. You will have an opportunity to bid on some of your favorite items that you didn't see in June.
Casino Night is PTC’s largest fundraiser that supports multiple needs including our annual budget, community programming, and giving back to the school.
It’s Simple - Here’s How it Works
1. Beginning September 7th, you may register at www.32auctions.com/MSHFALLAUCTION to participate in our 1-day secured online auction.
Auction Starts: Saturday, September 12th @9:00 AM Auction Ends: Saturday, September 12th @9:00 PM
2. Track your bids online throughout the day to keep an eye on your favorite prizes! You will receive instant outbid and watchlist notifications to allow quick entry for a new bid.
3. General donations are also available if you choose not to bid on any auction items.
4. If you’re a winner, you may make your payment online.
5. You may pick-up your winning prizes at MSH September 14th – September 18th by coordinating with Gloria Vina at gvina@mountsacredheart.com to schedule a pickup time.
We appreciate your support and participation! We miss you all, and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Message from PTC President Elect Mrs. Herrberg
Dear Mount Sacred Heart Community:
Whether in person or virtually we are a community like no other and I am very blessed to have found Mount!
My PTC project as the President-Elect is to manage the design and distribution of the 2020 Spirit Shirt. I am beyond excited to announce this years’ design.
My goal was a design centered around the joy and camaraderie felt when one walks thru the doors or communicates with someone related to the Mount Family. Because, we truly are a family, and Mount is our second HOME! The design started with my stick house drawing on a piece of notebook paper and creating the tagline “There’s no place like Mount”! From there, the rest is history, and I present to you, this years’ 2020 MSH Spirit shirt!
Click here to order your shirt today! The deadline for orders and payments is Wednesday 9.23. Don’t forget spirit t-shirts can be worn every Friday with uniform bottom to show your Eagle Pride!
Shirt pick up information will follow. We appreciate your support and hope you will share this shirt design with your friends and family too!
All through the Sacred Heart of Jesus,
Cathy Herrberg
PTC President Elect
Message from PTC Recording Secretary Chalene Martinez
WOW! We are three weeks into the school year and it has been an exciting start as we all adapt to our new reality in the midst of this pandemic.
As our PTC 1st Vice President said last week, the board is continuing to work hard to keep traditions and bring our community together safely. So be ready, September is going to be a busy month full of bidding wars, spirit shirt orders, free dress days, and much more.
Our 1st community gathering will be our Back To School Event Saturday, September 19th. This year PTC will be hosting Mount’s First Annual Drive-In Mass & Movie Night. The Oblate School of Theology has kindly allowed us to utilize the parking lot across from Mount to have our event and PTC will be providing one medium pizza per car for dinner. Please fill out the google form by Monday, September 15th if you will be attending this event. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd5UwKlQ83rM9sx8vxWOjpn8hfljugW4o03UmBEBP3pk6v7Hw/viewform?usp=pp_url
Also if you are interested in having the best seat for the night check out the Online Auction Saturday, September 12th.
Finally, in order to keep our community safe the following guidelines will be enforced:
Please refrain from attending the event if you have had any symptoms associated with COVID-19 if you have been around anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, or you have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
Please park in assigned spots as we will be practicing social distancing between cars.
You must watch the movie from inside your vehicles. If at any time you need to leave your vehicles, (to use the restroom) masks must be worn and social distancing maintained.
We appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines so we can successfully reunite our Eagle Family.
Blessings,
Chalene Martinez
