BIKE NIGHT WITH MR. RYAN
On Thursday, September 19th from 5-6 pm , Mary Endres students will be riding bikes on school property. Woodstock Police Department, Woodstock Fire Department, and the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office will be here to talk with kids about Bike Safety. Kona Ice will also be here selling snow cones and other sweet treats and Bike Haven will be doing free bike checks. All students that come to ride will need to bring their own bikes and bike helmets. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of school events. Please come out and join us on this fun filled evening!
Timberwolf Trek results will be announced! Find out how much was raised and check the prize board to see if you’re a winner.
Bike Helmet Raffle – $2 per ticket or $10 for 12 tickets (must be present to win)
MEES Students attending Bike Night, can pick up a bike token for their Trek Lanyard at the PTO table. (tokens are only for current students and available only at the event)

Author Assembly - Monday, September 23rd
Sandra Markle is an American author of children's books. She has published more than 200 non-fiction books for children. She worked on a project for the National Science Foundation called Kit & Kaboodle which helped students to understand science better. She has won many awards for her books. We will have pre-order book sales available for anyone that would like to get a book and have her sign it the day of the event. All books are $5 + tax.
