Health Services - New Covid-19 Form
The Waterford Graded School District has a new form available to you when it is necessary to report a Covid-19 absence.
- If your student has tested positive for COVID, please stay home and notify the Attendance Office. Fill out the following Google form.
Absences related to COVID ISOLATION will continue to be medically excused only if proper documentation is provided, including a photo of your positive home test or written statement from a healthcare provider. Medical absences due to COVID will be acceptable for 5 days. If at the end of the 5 days, the student still has a fever and/or symptoms aren’t improving, then they need to continue their isolation until those criteria are met. At this point, to be excused any additional days, a doctor’s excuse will need to be provided for absences to be marked as medically excused.
Here you can also find other helpful information under the Parent Links for some of the more common illnesses we will see this winter.
Message from the PTO
Hi Woodfield families!! Let's show the Woodfield staff how thankful we are for all they do. We are planning to set up a holiday breakfast meal on Monday, December 19th.
Please have the food brought to school Monday Dec 19th by 7:30 AM. If that does not work please reach out to Stephanie Kuzmic and she will be more than willing to meet somewhere or pick up the food from you Sunday night. Please click here for the available slots. Thank you so much - we could not do this without you!
Thank you,
from your Woodfield PTO
Breakfast & Lunch Menu for the Week of December 19-22
Our Lost & Found is Overflowing!
We will be having our teachers walk their classes by the tables so students are able to claim any lost items. We'd love for all these items to find their home before Winter Break. Any items not claimed by December 22nd will be donated.
Please remember to label jackets, boots, gloves, hats. It helps to return items to students. Thank you.
