Parent Teacher Conference Scheduling Information

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held December 12 - 16. Please use the Canyon Creek Scheduler to select your conference date and time. The scheduler will close on Friday, December 2nd @ 12:59pm.

In addition to your child’s homeroom teacher(s), you will have the opportunity to meet with the Counselors, Speech Therapist, Child Study Team case managers and Special Area Teachers. Math & Reading Interventionists and ESL teachers will also be available for conferences per schedule.

  • From the Online Scheduler Home Page:

    • Choose "Delran Intermediate School" from the drop down list and click “GO”

    • Enter the school password “Bears”.

    • Enter your child’s “Student ID”. You can use the LOOKUP STUDENT ID button to access the system.

    • Verify your child’s birth date.

    • Your child's homeroom teachers will be displayed. Click the box next to the name of the teacher. If you have more than one student in the school, you can see all of your children's teachers’ schedules at one time by answering YES to this question “Do you want to schedule conferences for another student?” then repeat the steps above for your other children. If you only have one student, answer NO to that question.

    • You will then see the available time slots for each teacher you selected.

    • Select the times that work best for your schedule.

    • Enter your email address (recommended) if you would like an email reminder sent to you. (Your email address is kept private.)

    • Once you have finished you can confirm your appointment details and print your conference schedule.

    • Keep a record of your Confirmation Number in case you have to cancel your apporintment.

Is your child interested in performing, singing, dancing? Please complete the Theatre Club interest survey by Friday, December 2nd. There will be a parent meeting on Monday, December 5th @ 6:00pm in the DIS Cafeteria. Keep in mind that unlike last year, this is not a combined DIS/DMS musical. This is a DIS only performance. The Middle School is presenting it's own performance this year.


Spring Chorus registration is currently open until December 31! If your child is interested, please compete the registration form by December 31st. Registrations cannot be accepted after that date. Note that if your child is currently in Fall Chorus, you do not need to sign up again.

After-Hours Transportation Emergencies

Should you need to contact Transportation after hours, please call (856) 764-8653 and leave a message. Your message will be routed to personnel from First Student, the transportation company, and someone will return your call immediately.

There are quite a few items on our lost and found table, including sweaters, jackets, hats, gloves etc. Please encourage your students to check the table if they are missing anything. The lost and found table is located in the cafeteria.

Meal Payment Account & Free & Reduced Lunch Application

The regular prices for our breakfast and lunch programs for the 2022-2023 school year are:

Elementary Breakfast $1.35

Elementary Lunch $2.70

Adding an Account for Meal Payment- Lunchtime is the digital account service that you can sign up for to load your child’s account with money when they purchase breakfast and lunch. Follow the steps in this link to join.

As a reminder, lunch and breakfast meals are no longer free for those who do not qualify for the federal free and reduced meal program based on income guidelines. To determine if you qualify, families must complete an application. Applications are available here and on the district website. Please note that only one application per household should be completed.
