Forgetting things in class?
Here are some hints/strategies to help
Don't stay up on netflix!
You may not want to hear this but if you want to do better in class listen to your mom and get a good night sleep. 7-8 hours is the recommended time for teens developing and getting enough sleep will improve your memory.
Avoid stress, spread things out
Don't cram everything in last minute. Take a couple of minutes out of each day to work on projects, or take a step back and breathe when things get too complicated. Get help from a parent or a friend, they will be happy to help you, just ask.
Avoid drugs,alcohol, etc.
The ultimate question is, do you want to have a long healthy life or do you want to die younger and dumber because you killed all of your brain cells.
Get exercise & eat healthy
Exercise can improve oxygenation and helps with growth and improvement
Be more positive
Being or even pretending to be positive will actually make you happier, live longer, and feel relaxed
How to prepare for a test?
Get someone to quiz you. Study 10 minutes each day, it will make a big difference! Make some time do things you like to do, don't stress and spend all of your time studying instead of spending time with friends and family.
