SeeSaw: Getting Started
Option 1 - Class Code:
Add Your Students: Tap “+ Students” (bottom right, under the class list) and then Add Students to begin adding your students. Only put their first names (add the first initial of their last name if you have two students with the same first name). You can add up to 150 students in each Seesaw class.
Class Code Sign In: Download and share you Class QR Code poster for students to use to sign in. To find this Tap “+ Students” (bottom right, under the class list) > tap Print student sign in poster. Students will choose “I’m a student” from the Seesaw Class App or web.seesaw.me, then the blue "scan code" button and then scan your class QR code.
Option 2 - Email/Google Sign In:
Add Your Students: Tap “+ Students” (bottom right, under the class list). Share your Join Code with your students. They will type it in, create student accounts (they will need their LEISD email and password which they should have received in an email from the district), and connect to your class from their devices using the Seesaw Class App or web.seesaw.me.
Google Classroom: Getting Started
This video, How to Add Students and Guardians to Your Class, will show you how you can add students and their parents to your Google Classroom class.
