The Middle Passage
By Jess DiGangi
Many Africans were kidnaped from their home land and thrown into American ships to be sold as slaves when they get to the colonies. They were torched and treated unkindly. They were separated by woman, children, and men. They would most likely never see their families again. In the ships they where packed in really tight and would pass disease very quickly. The treatment of the Slaves was extremely harsh.
