The Fault in our Stars

Action! Remorse! Romance! Great book? Or greatest book ever?

About the Book

I don't think it is the greatest book, nor the greatest book in history. Its the best book in the galaxy. It has soft-core romance with thrilling action, and for people who like those super awesome but remorseful moments that make you cry, it has those too!

Details

If you like romance, action and sadness, but not to the point where you are drowning yourself in your tears while (for example) screaming "Go super woman! Save the town!", then this book is for you! Every book has a protagonist. Unless if it is a drab book that no one would want to read. And in this case, "the Fault in our Stars" is definitely not. And here is the few details;

Protagonist(s): Hazel Grace Lancaster, Augustus Waters

Antagonist(s): Cancer, Peter Van Houten

Key Items: Plot twists, foreshadowing, cliff hanger

“My thoughts are stars I cannot fathom into constellations.”

“You don't get to choose if you get hurt in this world...but you do have some say in who hurts you. I like my choices.”

So All Together, What Makes This Novel Great?

All together, I personally think its the themes and key items. How it has those pessimistic remorseful moments where it seems al hope and light is lost, but is soon lit up with some sparks of humor. It has its dystopian and utopian sides, and some thrilling action. It has many plot twists and a major unexpecting event at the end. So all together, I think its the whole structer of the novel.

Sincerely, Jada Klaue Grimes.
