Hi EVERYONE! So excited you are here and taking that leap to begin your health and fitness journey. I am honored to be the one who you have chosen to help support and motivate you along the way.
I am a wife and mother of two small boys, 4 and 7. I started my first Beachbody program back in 2008 after my first son was born. I saw amazing results and fell in love with shakeology. Life got in the way for a few years and then six months ago I jumped on the 21 Day Fix band wagon. WOW, is that program amazing. I love what it teaches you about eating right, and how crazy your results can be in just 21 days. I'm now doing Hammer and Chisel and loving it.
